I am trying to download the new Microsoft Office 365 bundle from the student email but when I go to settings and click on Office 365 it takes me to an other login page and says that my user ID is not recognized by Microsoft Office 365. How do I fix this?
The pictures in one of your FAQs does not look like my office outlook settings. That might be a switch that occurred after you answered that FAQ last year.
