I want to buy a new computer. What should I buy?

Trine University encourages Students to bring their own computer, mobile and gaming devices.  Technology standards/recommendations are designed to meet our student needs. The University Operating System standard is Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2010 as our choice for general usage within the classroom. 

If Students are purchasing a new personal computer, please see the Trine University suggested discounted systems online at:  http://www.trine.bkstr.com.  Discounted Microsoft and Adobe software is also available on Trine’s website at http://trine.onthehub.com.  Students should review technical standards with Dean and/or Chairs of the Departments to establish computer specifications and direction of device.  Recommendations below:
