Answer

Faculty may place books, films, technology, and other material on course reserve for their students to use.  Email library@trine.edu to place material on reserve.  Material can be reserved within the LINK, and electronic reserves can be placed directly into your Moodle course.

Please specify the check-out period for items to be placed on physical reserve.  The normal loan period for course reserve materials is 2 hours.  Two-hours loans do not circulate outside the library but are still checked out to the borrower.  Your instructor may grant special permission to extend loan periods and for use of reserves outside of the library.

A reserve item may be renewed up to 4 consecutive times if another patron has not requested it.

All materials placed online must comply with U.S. copyright law and Trine University copyright policy.  Contact Kristina Brewer at brewerk@trine.edu for more information about copyright compliance.
