Answer

Before granting a renewal on an interlibrary loan, we need to submit a request to the lending library. It is best if you can give us a few days before the item is actually due to submit this request. The lending library will either approve the request and tell us the new due date, or they will deny the request. We will contact you either way to let you know. If the request is denied, you will need to bring the item back by the due date or pay $1.00/day in late charges.
