Here are some quick tips for solving most technical problems.  Remember to save your work frequently!

Computer or Internet problems

If you can, first save your work to your OneDrive, your email, or a flash drive.  Try restarting the computer.  This should reset the network connection.  If the computer is frozen, hold the power button on the CPU until the computer powers off, then press the power button again to turn it back on.  Restarting computers in the digital classroom resets them, which should solve most problems.

Printing Problems

Save your work on your OneDrive, your email, or a flash drive.  Restart the computer.  If that does not solve the problem, locate the power switch on the printer and turn the printer off.  Wait 4-5 seconds, then restart the printer.  Send your print job again if necessary.

If issues are not resolved, a message should be left with the Help Desk (260-665-4275) or email to nofity us of the problem.  Issues will be addressed upon opening of Help Desk (M-F 7:00 AM).
