Q. I would like information about the Help Desk.
All student technical issues (including telephone) are addressed at the HELPDESK which is a readily available resource. The Helpdesk is located in BEst Hall on the bottom floor, West wend. You can contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 260-665-4275.
Helpdesk Technicians are available during the hours 7:00AM and 9:00PM, Monday –Friday. Emergency on-call technicians are also available for emergency issues on weekends.
Please encourage students to read the Information Technology Security and Usage Policy on the Trine University website at www.trine.edu/it/. Online piracy is prohibited and the above policies will be strictly enforced in order to provide a secure computing environment.
