Q. My password to myportal doesn’t work. What should I do?
ALL students use their University network User ID and Password to authenticate with MyPortal. When you utilize the Password Management Portal (PMP) to change your password, you will also be changing your University network and library password.
To reset your password, locate the "Forgot My Password" link located on the home page of http://myportal.trine.edu.
If you are locked out of both your email and MyPortal, and resetting your password through MyPortal did not work, you should call the IT Helpdesk at 260-665-4275.
