Q. myportal/email passwords are not working

I tried to log on to my email, and my password did not work, and it took me to the myportal site to reset my password, and when I went through all the challenge questions and tried to reset it, it then said there was an error and the password could not be reset. So now I can't log onto my email or myportal.

Answer

If you are locked out of both your email and MyPortal, and resetting your password through MyPortal did not work, you should call the IT Helpdesk at 260-665-4275.
