Q. My username and email are said to be invalid what do I do?

When I try to log on to my portal or moodle my password doesn't work and when I go to forgot my password it tells me my username and email are invalid, what do I do?

If you are locked out of both moodle and MyPortal, you should contact the IT Helpdesk at 260-665-4275 or help@trine.edu.
