Q. Why am I getting a "System Problem Has Occurred" error in EBSCO?


This issue can be caused by 'cookies' or cached history in your browser.

To resolve in Firefox, go to Browser Tools > History > Clear All History.

To resolve in Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Delete Browsing History > Check 'Cookies' and 'History'.
